Chicken with tomato sauce, spices and kidney beans tastes just splendid served over brown rice with steamed broccoli on the side.

1 | In large pot, cook chicken until almost done. |
2 | Add tomato sauce, vinegar, onion, garlic, seasoning, sugar, salt and pepper. |
3 | Simmer for about 30-40 minutes or until chicken is tender. |
4 | Add kidney beans and simmer for 5-10 more minutes. |
5 | ENJOY! |
