1 | Combine salad ingredients in a medium size bowl. Mix well. |
2 | In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients well. |
3 | Pour dressing into salad. Mix until vegetables are lightly covered with dressing. |
4 | Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Makes 7 cups. |
