Honey Dijon dressing is brilliant when tossed with pasta, spinach, tomatoes and peas. Add a sweet touch to your pasta tonight!

1 | Cook pasta according to package instructions then drain in a colander. |
2 | In a large bowl, combine pasta, spinach, tomatoes and peas with the pasta. |
3 | In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the dressing and mix well. |
4 | Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss well to coat. Serve with pistachios garnished on top. |
