This delightful dish combines baked pork chops with sweet potatoes, oranges and spices. Serve with savory grilled veggies.
Ingredients:
2 pork chops
1 sweet potato, cubed
1/2 sliced orange
Dash of cinnamon
Dash garlic powder
Dash of salt
Dash of black pepper
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 In a medium nonstick skillet, brown pork chops.
3 Place meat and sweet potato slices in a baking dish and top with orange slices; sprinkle with seasonings.
4 Cover and bake for 1 hour until meat is tender. Cook pork to 170 degrees.
5 ENJOY!
