Pumpkin bread is a Fall staple! And it's even better when baked with chocolate chips. This recipe makes 3 loaves - 1 for you and 2 to give away!

1 | Mix the pumpkin, canola oil and applesauce in a large mixing bowl. Add the dry ingredients; mixing well. |
2 | Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into three loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray. |
3 | Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. |
4 | Cut each loaf into 16 slices or cut into different holiday shapes with cookie cutters. |
5 | ENJOY! |
