What do you get when you combine mushrooms, garlic, lemon and parmesan? A wonderful savory side dish or topping for grilled chicken, pasta or potatoes!

1 | Mix mushrooms, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic and olive oil in a large bowl and toss gently. |
2 | Heat a large sautee pan over medium high heat and add the mushroom mixture. Sautee, stirring often, until mushrooms are slightly browned. |
3 | Stir in chopped parsley and sprinkle with parmesan. Serve immediately. |
