Why settle for ordinary grilled cheese? This sandwich will will become a family favorite in no time.

1 | Combine mustard, mayo and Parmesan in a small bowl. |
2 | Spread mustard mixture over bread. Layer with ham, cheese and tomato. Coat both sides of bread with cooking spray. |
3 | Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, about 3 minutes each side or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown. |
4 | **To lower sodium, use low sodium ham.** |
