Stuffed mushrooms are a big hit at parties! Try this earthy, savory dish the next time you entertain.

1 | Preheat oven to 400. Trim the stems of the mushrooms. Chop the stems and place in a bowl. |
2 | Add cheese, walnuts, garlic, thyme, bread crumbs, parsley and enough milk to moisten. Mix well. |
3 | Place mushrooms in a large shallow dish. Place a spoonful of mixture on each mushroom. |
4 | Bake for 8-10 minutes or until tender. |
5 | Serving Size: 4 mushrooms. |
