Sweet acorn squash is paired nicely with savory rosemary and goat cheese.
Ingredients:
3 acorn squash
6 tablespoons water
6 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
1.5 tsp fresh chopped rosemary
Fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 350. Halve squash lengthwise and remove seeds. Place face down in a baking dish lined with foil. Add water.
2 Bake 35 minutes or until soft. Sprinkle with goat cheese and rosemary.
3 ENJOY!
