If you have extra canned corn and veggies on hand - give this hearty salad a try. It has almost every color of the rainbow!

1 | Drain tomatoes. Save 1/3 cup of the liquid. |
2 | Mix corn, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, onion, and green pepper in a large bowl. |
3 | Mix together all other ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour over vegetables. |
4 | Cover and let aside at least 3 hours in the refrigerator. Serving Size: 1/2 cup. |
