1 | In a large soup pot, combine broth, cauliflower, bell pepper, onion and lemon zest. |
2 | Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. |
3 | Stir together fat free half and half and flour. Add to cauliflower mixture. |
4 | Stir in crab meat and dill. Heat until warm. |
5 | ENJOY! |
