1 | Cook pasta according to package directions. In a nonstick skillet, melt butter and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Add flour and cook over low heat until it becomes a golden paste. |
2 | Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes. Add evaporated milk and simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until milk thickens. |
3 | Add mushrooms and continue cooking over low heat until softened. Add parmesan cheese and mix well. |
4 | Simmer, stirring often, until cheese melts. Remove from heat. |
5 | Stir in wine and parsley. Toss with fettuccine. |
6 | ENJOY! |
