This flavorful herb rub turns ordinary fish into an outstanding main dish. Have fun and experiment with your own herbs and fish!

1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
2 | Separate (or cut) fish into 4 pieces. Place fish in a 9x13x2 inch baking pan. |
3 | Combine spices in a small bowl. |
