Ooey and gooey, these brownies are mouthwatering! Go ahead and splurge - they are much lower in calories and fat than most brownies.

1 | Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Add the sugar, applesauce, coffee, and vanilla extract, and stir until the sugar is dissolved. |
2 | Then combine the flour, cocoa, and salt and add the flour mixture and chocolate chips to the egg mixture. |
3 | Stir it just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Pour the batter into a 11x7 baking dish coated with nonstick spray. |
4 | Bake 30 minutes. Cool in the pan on a rack. Cut into 24 squares. |
5 | ENJOY! |
