This is not your average meatloaf! It's healthy, full of flavor and very easy to make. Serve with roasted potatoes and steamed veggies for a magnificent meal!

1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
2 | Mix all meatloaf ingredients, form into small loaf and place in baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. |
3 | Mix sauce ingredients in separate bowl and then pour over meat loaf. |
4 | Bake for one hour. Yield: 6-8 servings. |
5 | ENJOY! |
