Vegetarian taco style crumbles really do resemble ground beef - you may even fool your kids! Try this filling and tasty taco tonight.
Ingredients:
1 high fiber tortilla
1/2 cup taco style vegetarian crumbles (such as Morningstar or Lightlife)
1/4 cup shredded light cheese
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped Romaine lettuce
Directions:
1 Heat vegetarian crumble until heat through. Add to warmed tortilla.
2 Top with cheese, tomatoes, onions and lettuce.
3 Garnish ideas: salsa, non-fat sour cream.
4 ENJOY!
