1 | Preheat oven to 375. |
2 | Beat sugars, butter, peanut butter and egg whites in a bowl. |
3 | Add flours, baking powder and beat again. Stir in cereal. |
4 | Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Using, a fork dipped in cold water, press down to make a criss-cross design before baking. |
5 | Bake for 8-10 minutes or until done. Do not overbake. |
