Skip the burgers tonight and try a grilled to perfection, healthy portobello sandwich. Portobello mushrooms are hearty and tasty enough to stand in for burgers.

1 | Grill the vegetables carefully so they do not fall apart. |
2 | Place the veggies on the bottom half of the buns. Top with basil leaves and sprinkle the veggies with the cheese and let it melt. |
3 | Place the top bun on the sandwich. If desired, wrap whole sandwich in aluminum foil and place on warm grill to melt the cheese even more. |
