This creamy, cheesy casserole is heavenly. Serve this as a tasty side dish or as part of low-calorie brunch.

1 | Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8 x 8-inch casserole dish with cooking spray. |
2 | Combine cottage cheese, egg substitute and flour in a bowl. Add cheddar cheese and spinach; mix well. |
3 | Place in casserole dish and bake, uncovered for about 1 hour or until lightly browned. |
