Sneak some veggies into your patties or burgers by adding spinach and onions! Serve over brown rice with steamed veggies or salad on the side.

1 | Preheat frying pan (no oil). Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix well. |
2 | Form mixture into small balls. Place in frying pan and flatten like tortillas using a spatula. |
3 | Cook both sides over medium heat until cooked through. Serve over brown rice. |
