1 | Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Brown pork with garlic. |
2 | Add chicken broth, soy sauce, green pepper, carrots, onion and celery. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. |
3 | Meanwhile, drain the pineapple, reserving the juice. Blend cornstarch with reserved pineapple juice and add to the skillet. |
4 | Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Add pineapple and heat thoroughly. Makes 4 cups. |
