Sizzling fajitas will liven up any kitchen. Lean steak and veggies in a savory sauce are magnificent!

1 | Combine all ingredients except cilantro, enchilada sauce and tortillas. Marinate overnight or 8 hours. |
2 | Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak only and cook, stirring frequently until done. |
3 | Add marinade and veggies; cook unitl sauce has evaporated and veggies are tender. |
4 | Add enchilada sauce and cilantro. Serve in warm tortillas. |
5 | Serving Size: 2 fajitas. |
6 | ENJOY! |
