Flaky and delicate sole fish is paired with rich crab and spinach for a quick 10-minute dinner that anyone can make.

1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water. Drain crab meat. |
2 | In a small bowl, mix the crab and spinach together. Place sole fillet on a plate and top with a thin layer of the crab/spinach mixture. |
3 | Roll sole fillet up and pierce end with a toothpick to secure. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and lemon juice. Transfer to a shallow baking dish. |
4 | Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. |
