Orange, thyme and onions add a special touch to pork chops. Serve these with roasted potatoes and green beans.

1 | Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Combine orange juice, zest, thyme and onions and add to chops in bag. Marinate for 8 hours or overnight. |
2 | Preheat broiler. Spray rack with nonstick cooking spray. |
3 | Place chops on broiler, discarding marinade, and cook for 4 minutes each side. |
4 | ENJOY! |
