Orange, thyme and onions add a special touch to pork chops. Serve these with roasted potatoes and green beans.
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork loin chops (1/2-inch thick), trimmed
1/2 cup sliced sweet or red onions
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
Directions:
1 Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Combine orange juice, zest, thyme and onions and add to chops in bag. Marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
2 Preheat broiler. Spray rack with nonstick cooking spray.
3 Place chops on broiler, discarding marinade, and cook for 4 minutes each side.
4 ENJOY!
