This is a dish your whole family will love! Tofu takes on the flavor of the sweet and sour sauce and the peppers, onion and water chestnuts add crunch.

1 | In a large nonstick wok or skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides. |
2 | Set tofu aside. Add peppers, onions and water chestnuts. Stir-fry until crisp-tender. |
3 | Meanwhile prepare sauce: combine all ingredients and mix well. |
4 | Heat in a small saucepan until slightly thick. Set aside. |
5 | Return tofu to wok or skillet with peppers and add pineapple. |
6 | Add sauce and heat until heated through. Serve with brown rice. |
