Ingredients:
3 granny smith apples
3 red apples
40 red grapes (seedless)
¾ cup chopped walnuts
1 ½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Directions:
1 Core and chop apples into ½ inch pieces and place in a large bowl.
2 Add the remaining ingredients, mix gently and serve.
3 To lower calories and/or sugar, you can substitute non-fat light vanilla yogurt.
