The smell of freshly baked biscuits on a Sunday morning will send the family running to the kitchen! But these biscuits aren't ordinary and they're healthy!

1 | Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and dried herbs in a bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse meal. |
2 | Add cheese; mix well. Add milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. |
3 | Turn dough out onto a floured surface, and knead 4 or 5 times. Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter. |
4 | Place biscuits 1 inch apart on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. |
5 | Yield = about 18 biscuits. 1 biscuit = one serving. |
