A touch of spice and molasses make gingerbread cookies a winter delight!

1 | Preheat oven to 350. Spray baking sheets with cooking spray. |
2 | In a mixing bowl, add butter, sugar and molasses; cream until soft. Beat in eggs and stir until creamy. |
3 | Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir until blended well. Spoon teaspoons of batter onto baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes or until done. |
