Liven up your turkey dinner with this healthy, savory stuffing. Lean sausage makes this recipe much lower in fat than most sausage stuffings.

1 | Preheat oven to 375. Spread bread cubes on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray; toast in the oven until golden, about 20 minutes. Set aside. |
2 | In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, brown sausage until cooked through. Transfer to large bowl. |
3 | Return pan to medium heat. Saute onion and celery until soft. Add to bowl with sausage. Stir in bread, herbs, broth and pepper. |
4 | Tranfer to a baking dish, cover with foil and bake 35-40 minutes. Remove foil; bake until browned, 35-40 minutes more. |
5 | ENJOY! |
