Flounder is naturally low-fat and when served with white wine, lemon and parsley - it's simply magnificent! Serve with brown rice and asparagus.

1 | Preheat oven to 400 degrees. |
2 | Combine lemon juice, white wine, lemon pepper, garlic and parsley in a small bowl. |
3 | Place flounder in one layer in a shallow glass baking dish. Spread lemon mixture evenly over the fish and bake for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. |
