These mashed potatoes are delicious- the combination of roasted garlic and fresh rosemary makes them irresistible! Try these with our Peppercorn Steak recipe.

1 | Place potatoes in a sauce pan, cover with water and boil for about 15 minutes, drain. |
2 | Heat milk until warm in a pan (do not boil), add potatoes, olive oil, milk and garlic and beat on medium until smooth (or, desired consistency). |
3 | Add salt and pepper to taste and stir in Rosemary. |
4 | Yield: about 2.5 cups. 1/2 cup = 1 serving. |
