1 | Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line muffin pans with papers or use cooking spray. |
2 | Mix the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl; combine egg, milk, butter and oatmeal. |
3 | Stir until well blended. Combine the two mixtures and mix well. |
4 | Spoon each muffin cup two-thirds full of batter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out dry. |
5 | ENJOY! |
