The creamy peanut sauce adds a warm richness to this pasta dish. A perfect meal to impress, that's ready in minutes!

1 | Preparing the sauce: Mix peanutbutter, water, soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice, red pepper flakes and sugar together in a small sauce pan until warmed through. |
2 | Preparing the pasta and vegetables: Cook pasta according to package directions. During the last few minutes of cooking, add the frozen vegetables. Drain noodles and vegetables. |
3 | In a large pan, combine the noodles and veggies with the sauce, toss well, and heat over medium heat until warmed through. |
4 | To each serving, add 2 ounces chicken, 2 ounces shrimp, or 1/2 cup cubed tofu. Garnish with Cilantro. |
