And, you thought peppercorn crusted steak was reserved for fancy steak houses, well- think again! This recipe is so easy but tastes gourmet!

1 | Process peppercorns in a food processor, peppermill or coffee grinder until slightly cracked. |
2 | Rub the peppercorn mixture over both sides of the steak. Heat a nonstick pan to medium heat and spray with cooking spray. |
3 | Cook the steak on both sides to desired doneness. Medium = 160 F and has a pale pink center. Well done = 170 F and has a gray or brown center. |
4 | Try serving with garlic mashed potatos and steamed green beans! |
5 | ENJOY! |
