1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon in a baking dish. Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper to taste. Bake 10-15 minutes or until done. |
2 | Serve the hot salmon on top of the greens. Squeeze extra lemon over the salmon and greens for extra flavor. |
