Do something different with your salad tonight! Grapes, walnuts and vinaigrette compliment delicate salad greens nicely.

1 | Glazed walnuts: line a baking sheet with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray and spread walnuts onto a baking sheet. |
2 | Lightly spray walnuts with cooking spray and sprinkle lightly with sugar (about 1 tsp). Bake at 350 until caramelized or golden to dark brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool. |
3 | Salad: In a large salad bowl, toss lettuce, walnuts and grapes. Drizzle with dressing and toss well when ready to serve. |
4 | Yield: about 6 cups. Serving Size: about 1 cup. |
