Berry pudding is pleasant and refreshing change of pace from chocolate or vanilla. Serve with light whipped cream for a decadent treat.

1 | Combine 1 cup berries, water, cornstarch, salt and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. |
2 | Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. |
3 | Add remaining 2 cups berries, Splenda and vanilla, stir well. Let cool before serving. |
