Wild rice stuffing is a terrific alternative to bread stuffing. It has a nutty flavor and is simply devine when combined with fresh herbs and cranberries!

2 | Meanwhile, saute onions, celery and mushrooms in olive oil for 2-3 minutes. |
3 | Combine mixture with cooked rice and stir in herbs and cranberries. |
