Simply rubbing chicken with spices and cooking over high heat - will turn boring chicken into a 5 star treat will little effort!

1 | Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and flatten to a 1/4-inch thickness with a rolling pin or mallet. |
2 | Preheat broiler. Spray both sides of chicken with cooking spray then sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and garlic and rub in. |
3 | Broil (or grill) chicken breasts 5 minutes each side. |
