Bring the Southwest home with these colorful and zesty tostadas.

1 | Cook chicken breast in olive oil with cumin, garlic powder and chili powder until chicken is cooked through (no longer pink in the middle). |
2 | Transfer chicken to a large bowl and add thawed corn, black beans, red bell pepper, green onions, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese. Toss to combine. |
3 | Toast corn tortillas until lightly browned in a toaster oven or oven. |
4 | Divide salad-chicken mixture evenly over corn tortillas and top with sour cream mixture. |
5 | Use salsa as salad dressing or thin sour cream with a little milk. |
6 | ENJOY! |
