Have you noticed that more and more restaurants are featuring this favorite soup on their menu? This version is low in fat yet very tasty!

1 | Put broccoli, cauliflower, onion and celery and in a medium sized pot. |
2 | Add stock and salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until vegetables are very soft. |
3 | Do not drain. With a hand blender, puree the vegetables in the pot. |
4 | Add the yogurt and cheese to the pot, stirring until well blended and cheese is melted. |
5 | ENJOY! |
