1 | Mix together sugar, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Add mixture and evaporated milk to a small saucepan. |
2 | Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce is thick and bubbly. Cook for 2 more minutes, remove from heat and stir in vanilla. |
3 | Dip the ends of the strawberries into warm sauce, coating about half. Place sections on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes or until chocolate sets. |
4 | Serving size (not including strawberries): 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce. |
