If you've never tried this granola-like breakfast treat - you're in for a surprise! Serve this mixture of grains, dried fruit and nuts with milk or yogurt.

1 | In a food processor, process oats, brown sugar and wheat flakes, try using the pulse function to break them up but not turn them into flour. |
2 | Stir together with wheat germ, raisins, apricots, apples, cinnamon and almonds. Store in an air-tight container. |
3 | Mix with yogurt, milk or soy milk and let it sit awhile to soften before eating. |
