Acorn squash baked with a sweet fruit filling is the perfect accompaniment to a savory or spicy dish.

1 | Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Spray a 13" X 9" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. |
2 | Arrange squash rounds in baking dish. Combine orange juice, brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Drizzle over squash. |
3 | Bake 45 minutes. Spoon whole cranberry sauce or blueberry sauce into center of squash rounds. |
