You don't have to wait until Thanksgiving to enjoy stuffing! Try this whole wheat and fruit stuffing with Chicken.

1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
2 | Put cubes in a large bowl. Set aside. |
3 | Put water in medium saucepan. Add onion, celery, parsley, sage, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Do not drain. Pour over bread cubes. |
4 | Stir in milk and egg. Gently stir in apples, and raisins, if desired. |
5 | Spoon into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
