Great as a low-fat snack, this dip is easy and rich in calcium. Serve it at your next party.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup fat-free or 1% fat cottage cheese
1/2 package dry ranch season dressing
Directions:
1 Combine the cottage cheese and seasoning mix together. Chill for at least 2 hours for best flavors. For an eaven creamier dip, puree the ingredients together.
2 Serve with assorted raw vegetables such as carrots, celery, cucumber, broccoli, peppers or cauliflower.
