1 | Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, baking powder and oats in a medium sized bowl. |
2 | In another bowl, beat butter, applesauce and sugars. Beat in egg substitute and vanilla. Beat in dry ingredients and fold in cranberries, pecans and white chocolate chips. |
3 | Roll tablespoons of dough into balls and place on a cookie sheet lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Press each ball with a fork to flatten. Bake for about 15 minutes and let cool. |
4 | Yield: about 36 cookies. 1 Serving: 2 cookies. |
