Rich and delicious, this dish combines beef with whole grain spaghetti in a creamy tomato sauce. Serve with a crisp green salad.

1 | Heat oil in a large Dutch oven. Add garlic, onions and carrots; stir until onions are softened. |
2 | Crumble in beef and cook until meat is browned. Add mushrooms, oregano and basil, and cook for an additional 2 minutes. |
3 | Pour in tomatoes and add Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 25 minutes. |
4 | Pour in milk, stir well and simmer for a further 10 minutes. Meanwhile, boil pasta according to instructions on package. |
5 | Combine sauce with pasta and heat through. |
6 | ENJOY! |
