This dish will constantly please and surprise your taste buds with a medley of sweet, savory, spicy and smoky flavors.

1 | Cook turkey meat over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain any juices and pat dry with paper towels and set aside. |
2 | Wipe drippings from skillet and coat with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add onion and garlic; sauté 2 minutes or until tender. |
3 | Return turkey meat to skillet. Add tomatoes, green chiles, raisins, salt, pepper, spices, orange rind and hot sauce. |
4 | Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Add beans and apple. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice. |
