Ingredients:
1 package (14 oz) shredded cabbage
1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup light or fat free mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
Directions:
1 In a large bowl, combine cabbage and carrots. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Serve with a slotted spoon.
